Restorative yoga classes are relaxing and slow-paced, with the aim of rejuvenation and renewal. Practicing restorative yoga opens the way to using your asana as medicine to ease common ailments such as headaches, anxiety and insomnia.

Hold poses for a longer period of time with the support of props to enhance the alignment of the body and facilitate with the process of the surrendering to the layers of the self. This practice helps to let go of stress and tension and allows the mind to become quiet as you enter into a peaceful state of being.
