Where a traditional Mysore Style of self- practice meets with Budokon Yoga’s Primary Series.
With its origins in Mysore, India, we apply the traditional way of learning and practicing Ashtanga Yoga to the Budokon Yoga sequence: one-on-one instruction, progressing at your own pace, but with the support of group energy.
The essence of this approach is that it breeds independence in one’s practice. It offers highly personalized teaching while enjoying the group energy of a conventional class. No experience is required and beginners are encouraged to join.
The Budokon Yoga Primary Series consists of 7 intelligently assembled sections of slow and controlled movements. Synchronizing classical yoga with martial arts, calisthenics & animal locomotion, the techniques are learned through repetition, precision & mental focus.
