Meditation

IMG_6607Meditation is an important part of our program. Quiet meditation practices are held every weekday, lead by experienced practitioners.

We offer a simple method of meditation, as taught by The Himalayan Yoga Tradition. This 5,000 year lineage teaches an effective method of quietening the mind by learning first to focus on the breath. Everyone benefits from meditation – the best antidote to the busy-ness and stresses of our urban, modern lives.

Classes are taught in plain English and led either in the yoga studio, or in a sound-proofed room. No previous experience is necessary. Please check the schedule for details.
