These workshops are for everyone interested in exploring the mind and body.
Whether you’re a yogi, dancer, martial artist, runner, athlete, or couch potato: there will be something for every level of mover and type of interest.
We’re all looking to embrace change, carve out what no longer serves us, fortify what does, enhance our wellbeing, while learning to navigate the tides we find in ourselves, and that we find ourselves in.

Your facilitator, Dave Gardner, uses his experience of working with different modalities, such as Yoga Synergy, Budokon, Movement Archery and most importantly his own self-practice, to provide tips, tricks and techniques for you to play with, explore and expand your capacity; on your own, in the group and in partner work.

Use this time and space to experiment, create your own experience of stillness, subtle movements to big expressions, to discover your Original Condition.

Workshop topics include:

  • Stress Management: Practical tools using breath and meditation to create clarity in mind & body
  • Moving Meditation: Moving from thinking about movement to feeling movement, the skill of getting out of the head and into the body
  • Movement Vocabulary: The movement you didn’t know you could do but always wanted to
    The Art of Listening: Interacting with the external environment and others as a source of inspiration & challenge
