Having experienced first-hand the transformative power of functional medicine, Daniela is uniquely placed to share insight, offer fact-based advice and motive lasting change. As a working mom, Daniela understands the demands and pressures of modern living and the impact these have on our health. Her approach is practical and holistic. Daniela is a member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine and runs workshops, writes articles and consults in Cape Town, Switzerland and the UK. She attended the world-renown Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London and graduated with merit following 4 years of studies. Daniela has a special interest in female health, child nutrition, disordered-eating conditions, stress related issues and creating holistic mind-body wellness.
