YogaSynergy elements: Air Sequence with Jim Harrington
Air is the fourth of the 5 sequences, designed to lighten the body and spirit as we move out of the Winter and into the Spring. Move the stale energy of winter, and bring a lightness to your being, increasing mobility and movement through all your systems.
Learn and experiment with the more complex postures and series of movements of the intermediate sequence in a focused and detailed way, building the up to a flowing and meditative silent group yoga practice.

YogaSynergy, established in 1984 by Bianca Machliss and Simon Borg-Olivier,
is an approach to the practice of hatha vinyasa yoga based on sound physiotherapy principles and modern science.
This unique approach to yoga incorporates asana with vinyasa, pranayama and meditation, creating a dynamic moving meditative practice. Delve deeper into more challenging postures and sequences to build an intermediate practice you can safely do at home.
The Air Sequence is the 4th of the YogaSynergy sequences – Air is the second lightest element next to ether, in that we can perceive it both visually, and in a tactile way (in tree branches moving in the wind or in the feel of it on our skin). The intention with which we practice this sequence is to move the stale energy of winter, and bring a lightness to the being, increasing mobility and movement through all our systems.
