YogaSynergy, established in 1984 by Bianca Machliss and Simon Borg-Olivier,
is an approach to the practice of hatha vinyasa yoga based on sound physiotherapy principles and modern science.
This unique approach to yoga incorporates asana with vinyasa, pranayama and meditation, creating a dynamic moving meditative practice. Delve deeper into more challenging postures and sequences to build an intermediate practice you can safely do at home.
The Water Sequence is the 2nd of the YogaSynergy sequences – Our blood, lymph and other fluids move between our cells and through our vessels, bringing energy, carrying away wastes, regulating temperature, bringing disease fighters, and carrying hormonal information from one area to another. The water sequence practice boosts our immune system in preparation for the winter.
