Meet Sam, a passionate and inspired yogi and instructor. Practicing as a teacher now for 6 years, Sam first studied yoga in India, where she lived and worked. She has completed trainings in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin and Budokon and is dedicated to evolving her own practice and expanding her knowledge.

Having completed studies in personal training, a holistic honours in massage therapy, thai yoga massage, yoga and pilates mat & reformer, Sam is totally obsessed with movement. She will be attending a 300h teacher training in Hatha yoga in October.

Living a life worth loving, Sam spends a lot of her time in nature. Surfing, trail running and soaking up the all wonders of the world we live in! Along with being a mover she also thoroughly enjoys taking the time to rest, pause, feel and reflect.

Personally practicing the Science of Yoga, Traditional Tantric Hatha, as a way to cultivate deeper connections and understanding of herself and others. She hopes to bring more self awareness and knowledge into each of her classes so that we may all live a more free and vibrant life.
