Eva has been practicing yoga since 2006 and teaching since 2015. Through her extensive travels she has had the privilege to train with a variety of teachers around the world and explore a number of different yoga styles. Eva was first introduced to Ashtanga yoga in 2014 which has taken her experience of yoga far beyond the physical and intellectual and opened her eyes to its potential to bring about profound psychological and emotional growth. She is passionate about sharing the benefits of this style of yoga and aims to make the practice accessible to people of all ages and abilities.
